Patrol

Patrol is a multiplatform end-to-end UI testing framework for Flutter apps that overcomes the limitations of Flutter’s integration_test package by handling native interactions. From plain Dart test code, it can interact with permission dialogs, notifications and WebViews, and modify device settings such as Wi-Fi.

Patrol adds a custom finder system that makes test code shorter and more readable, supports Hot Restart to make integration testing faster, and provides a DevTools extension to inspect the currently visible Android and iOS native views and their properties.

Patrol has been developed since 2022 by LeanCode and is open source under the Apache License 2.0, actively maintained on GitHub.
