Userbrain

Userbrain is an unmoderated user testing platform for websites, apps and prototypes. Participants record themselves thinking aloud while performing the tasks of a test, which shows where they struggle and why.

Tests are set up in minutes, or tasks are generated with AI. Testers come from Userbrain’s pool or are invited by the team. Live sites, password-protected pages, prototypes from Figma, Adobe XD, Axure and other tools, and Android and iOS apps can be tested. AI highlights key patterns, and automated reports and short clips summarise and share the findings.

Userbrain is a commercial service with a free trial.
