Kover

Kover is a set of solutions for collecting the test coverage of Kotlin code compiled for the JVM and Android platforms. The toolset includes a Gradle plugin, a Maven plugin, a command-line interface, an offline instrumentation tool and a JVM agent.

The Gradle plugin collects coverage for JVM and Android host tests and generates HTML and XML reports. It works with the Kotlin JVM, Android and multiplatform plugins, supports build variants in Android projects and mixed Kotlin and Java sources, and provides verification rules with bounds to keep track of coverage. The JaCoCo library can be used as an alternative engine for measuring coverage and generating reports.

Kover is developed by JetBrains as part of the Kotlin project and is free and open source under the Apache 2.0 licence.
