Marker.io

Marker.io is a website feedback tool that lets stakeholders and testers report issues with visual annotations directly on live or production web pages, without emails, PDFs or separate screenshots.

Each report combines visual feedback with technical details that developers can use to reproduce the issue. Website Monitoring is a newer feature that finds issues on websites automatically.

Marker.io is a commercial service with a free trial.
