Local mock REST APIs with desktop app and CLI
Tool overview
Mockoon is a tool to create mock REST APIs that run locally. Mock APIs are designed in a desktop application by defining routes and responses, so that front-end or integration work can proceed without the real back end.
A command-line interface runs the same mocks in automated environments such as continuous integration. Mockoon is compatible with OpenAPI specifications. A commercial Mockoon Pro offering is also available, including self-hosted options.
Mockoon is distributed under the MIT licence and is actively developed on GitHub.
