OpenText SiteScope

OpenText SiteScope is agentless monitoring software for the availability and performance of distributed IT infrastructures: servers, network devices and services, applications, operating systems and databases. It also tests web pages with synthetic monitoring.

Originally from Freshwater Software, then Mercury Interactive, HP and Micro Focus, it is now marketed by OpenText and integrates with OpenText Core Infrastructure Observability. It is a commercial product.
