Proxyman

HTTP(S) debugging proxy for macOS, Windows, Linux and mobile

Tool overview

Proxyman is an HTTP debugging proxy that captures, decrypts and mocks HTTP and HTTPS requests and responses. It acts as a man-in-the-middle server between applications and web servers, so that traffic can be inspected in plain text, with SSL decryption, WebSocket support and syntax highlighting.

Traffic can be grouped by application or domain and narrowed down with combined filters, wildcard and regex matching and full-text search. Requests and responses can be modified and mocked, which helps testers reproduce error cases or edge conditions while exploring an application. Standalone iOS and Android apps capture traffic directly on mobile devices.

Proxyman is native on macOS and also available for Windows and Linux. It is a commercial product sold as perpetual licences, with a trial version with limited features.
