Jam

Jam is a capture tool for software teams that records bugs, feedback and ideas together with the technical context developers need. Screens can be recorded or screenshots taken with the Chrome extension, the Mac application or the iOS app.

Each recording attaches the available console logs, network requests, user events and device details. Jam AI suggests a title, a summary and reproduction steps, and recordings can be sent to Linear, Jira or Slack for triage, or to AI tooling so that a coding agent can investigate.

Jam is a commercial product that can be started for free.
