Tool overview
AuthMatrix is an extension to Burp Suite for testing authorization in web applications and web services. Testers define tables of users, roles and requests for the target application; these tables are displayed in the interface in a format similar to an access control matrix.
AuthMatrix is published by Security Innovation under the MIT licence and requires Burp Suite configured with Jython 2.7. The latest version is 0.8.2; the last change in its GitHub repository dates from March 2024.
