Codecov

Codecov is a code coverage reporting service. Coverage reports produced by the tools of each language are uploaded from the CI pipeline, merged and analysed, and the results are shown on pull requests and in a web dashboard.

Codecov distinguishes the coverage of the whole project from the patch coverage of the lines changed in a pull request, and status checks can block a merge when coverage drops below configured targets. Coverage is displayed file by file and line by line, including for monorepos with several languages and components. Test analytics flags flaky and failing tests, and AI features generate unit tests and review pull requests. Codecov works with GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket, and its uploader CLI is open source.

Codecov is a commercial service owned by Sentry, with a free plan for open source projects and individual developers and paid plans per user.
