Goose

Load testing framework in Rust, inspired by Locust

Tool overview

Goose is an open source load testing framework written in Rust and inspired by the Python-based Locust framework. Load tests are written in Rust and simulate realistic user behaviour, such as logging in, filling in forms and navigating through an application, rather than only sending requests.

Goose produces automated reports with summaries, segmentations and test-to-test comparisons, including an HTML report with request, response time, status code, transaction and scenario metrics. An optional live web dashboard can be enabled at compile time, and running tests can be controlled through telnet or WebSocket controllers.

Goose is developed by Tag1 Consulting, distributed under the Apache License 2.0 and actively maintained on GitHub.
