Grafana Pyroscope

Grafana Pyroscope is a continuous profiling database. It collects profiles from running applications and stores them with high availability, multi-tenancy and durable long-term storage, so that resource usage can be analysed down to the line of code and compared over time.

Profiles are explored as flame graphs in Grafana, where they can be correlated with metrics, logs and traces. Like Prometheus, it is installed as a single binary with no dependencies.

The project was formed by merging Grafana Phlare and Pyroscope. It is developed by Grafana Labs and is free and open source under the AGPL-3.0 licence. A hosted version is available as Grafana Cloud Profiles.
