REST Assured

REST Assured is a Java library providing a domain-specific language for testing and validating REST services. Tests describe the request to send and the expected response in a fluent given/when/then style, and run within ordinary Java test frameworks.

Version 6.2.0, released on 16 October 2026, makes the library pure Java with no dependency on Groovy, adds support for mutual TLS with client certificates and fixes an issue affecting parallel tests.

REST Assured is distributed under the Apache License 2.0 and is maintained on GitHub.
