Taurus

Automation-friendly wrapper for JMeter, Gatling, Locust and Selenium

Tool overview

Taurus is an automation-friendly framework for continuous testing. It hides the complexity of performance and functional tests behind a single convenience wrapper and relies on existing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust and Selenium WebDriver to execute them.

Tests are described in YAML configuration files that set concurrency, ramp-up, hold time and scenarios, or reference existing JMeter scripts. The bzt command runs the test and displays summary statistics in the console; interactive reports, complex scenarios and failure criteria are also supported.

Taurus is installed with pip, developed by BlazeMeter and distributed under the Apache License 2.0; it is actively maintained on GitHub.
