UXtweak

UXtweak is a UX research platform for improving the usability of websites and apps, from prototypes to production.

In usability tests, participants complete defined tasks directly on the site through a study link, without special software or browser extensions, and results include session replays and metrics such as success rate, completion time and lostness. Card sorting helps shape menus and site structures from users’ expectations, and tree testing shows where and why users get lost in a menu hierarchy. Behaviour analytics installed on a site add session recordings, heatmaps and frustration filters, and surveys are also supported.

UXtweak is a commercial service with a free trial that requires no credit card.
