Userfeel

Userfeel is a usability testing and user survey platform for product teams, agencies and e-commerce brands.

It offers moderated and unmoderated usability tests, card sorting, tree testing and surveys, with AI-assisted summaries and sentiment analysis. Testers are selected from a panel filtered by role, behaviour or custom criteria, or the team brings its own users. Tests can be run in more than 40 languages, which helps evaluate localised websites and applications, and short user videos make findings easy to share.

Userfeel is a commercial service with Solo, Team, Enterprise and Custom subscription plans.
