AppVeyor

AppVeyor is a CI/CD service for building, testing and deploying applications on Windows, Linux and macOS, with isolated build environments and multi-stage deployments. It has long been used for Windows and .NET projects.

It integrates with GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, GitLab, Azure Repos, Kiln, Gitea and custom repositories. Builds are configured with an appveyor.yml file or in the user interface, and test results are collected and displayed with each build. AppVeyor Server is a self-hosted edition that runs builds on the organisation’s own machines.

AppVeyor is a commercial service with a free account option and paid plans.
