Cobalt offers pentest as a service (PTaaS), delivered by Cobalt Core, a community of vetted freelance pentesters, supported by red teams and security programme managers.

Tests can be human-led, autonomous, continuous or on demand, and cover web applications, APIs, mobile applications, AI and LLM systems, networks and cloud environments, as well as red teaming. They run on the Cobalt Offensive Security Platform, where customers launch tests quickly, see findings in real time, communicate directly with the testers, automate remediation workflows through integrations and generate reports on demand. AI powers the platform and its autonomous pentest agents.

Cobalt is a commercial service with a credit-based pricing model.
