Code review platform for GitHub with stacked pull requests
Graphite is a code review platform for teams using GitHub, acquired by Cursor in December 2025. It is built around stacked pull requests: a large change is split into a sequence of small dependent pull requests that can be reviewed while work continues.
Stacks are created and rebased with the Graphite command-line tool and a VS Code extension. The web application provides a pull request inbox, a review page and a stack-aware merge queue that lands pull requests in order. AI review posts feedback on each pull request before merge, and a chat on the pull request page explains changes and helps fix CI failures. Insights report review metrics, and notifications are sent to Slack.
Graphite is a commercial service with a free tier.
